Alisei’s strategy is the constitution of an equal society, in the South and in the North of the world.
The beneficiaries of Alisei’s actions are groups of people that, due 
to either contingent events or structural causes, are automatically excluded from access to basic services, from the opportunities of social-economic development and from their social identity and that are deprived of the instruments and resources that allow them to make choices concerning their and their families’ lives.
The beneficiaries of ALISEI belong in particular to the following sectors of population:
- Rural populations
- Urban populations
- Displaced populations
- Native populations
- Immigrants
On our national territory, we work to increase effortstowards developing countries. Furthermore, we try to help immigrates integrate into our society, which we consider to be, by now, structurally multiethnic.
Considering only the years between 2005 and 2009, the direct beneficiaries of our projects have been more than one million and altogether have supported over 2.3 million people. Our employess are around 3.000 people.
